Remember that time with God, time alone, time with your spouse, and fun time with the kids must be carved out first or it won’t happen.
Take ½ day, or an hour, or 10 minutes if that’s all you can spare. Write down everything you think you have to do every day. Pray through the list and then prioritize 1-5 in importance. Items that used to be a #1 may now need to shift.
If the problem is email, remember you don’t need to read every email, even from Pastor Bob. If it’s NEW or URGENT, he’ll mark it that way. Create a special email folder titled “Check Later.” If it isn’t urgent, move the email there, and check it when you have time. If you never get back to that folder, it’s OK!
